TowCheck Free Assessment Promotion – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
This offer is available to customers who book and complete a towing setup assessment with TowCheck during the promotional period.

Free Assessment Criteria
The assessment will be provided at no cost only if your towing setup is found to be fully compliant with all relevant safety and legal requirements at the time of inspection.

Assessment Requirements
To qualify for the free assessment:

• Your vehicle and towing setup must be presented in a fully loaded state, reflective of a typical or selected trip. This includes full water tanks, full fuel, and all intended passengers and gear.

• All modifications to the vehicle or tow must be disclosed prior to the assessment.

• You must complete the TowCheck Compliance Quiz before your assessment due date.

• The information provided must be accurate and consistent with manufacturer specifications and compliance guidelines.

• The assessment must be conducted at a location within the Port Macquarie region.

Non-Compliant Setups
If any part of your setup is found to be non-compliant, or if the requirements above are not met, standard assessment fees may apply. You will be advised of any applicable fees before proceeding.

Booking Requirements
Bookings are essential and subject to availability. This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previous assessments.

Limited Time Offer
TowCheck reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

No Cash Alternative
This promotion is not redeemable for cash or credit and is non-transferable.
